Summary: One of the most remembered things from J.R.R. Tolkien's works is the fright created by the baddies that make up the bulk of Sauron's army. Namely, the Orcs. Men twisted by evil, they were as brutal as they were depraved. As for these guys...not quite far off.

History: Located somewhere in a United States National Park, these Orcs have apparently been biding their time before unleashing their combined fury upon the modern world. Their initial strikes are blamed on bears, but it soon becomes known that a great army threatens to tear mankind asunder. It is up to two idiotic park rangers to put a stop to the onslaught.

Notable Kills: Many of the earlier kills are flayed and/or pumped full of arrows.

Final Fate: The fight is long and brutal, but in the end, the few humans triumph after taking out most of the Orcs in an explosion, with the leader getting beheaded later. However, there are still some Orcs still lurking in the mountains...

Powers/Abilities: None.

Weakness: Anything conventional.

Scariness Factor: 3-A being handy with weaponry is not to be trifled with. An army like that is just death in a group. But sadly, some piss-poor make-up work doesn't do favors for the Orc army. Granted, some look better than others, but it all does feel like one big LARP session. An oddly not-quite-as-violent-one, really.

Trivia: -In the original "Lord of the Rings", Orcs are initially referred to as Goblins, though later a distinction was made as the Goblins were treated as a separate, but no less vile, race of beings.

-Like the ogre, the word "Orc" comes from Orcus, a Roman/Italian God of the Underworld and broken oaths.
